If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@nightlinktactical.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit at no cost to you.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
